Are you tired of L&D being seen as a cost center instead of as a strategic investment for your organization? If you're only tracking metrics like "people trained" or "courses delivered" you're likely reinforcing that perception.

This session is your opportunity to move beyond simple activity tracking to measure the true impact of your programs.

We will explore...
  • The foundational ROI Methodology and its 5-Level Framework for comprehensive program evaluation.
  • A practical approach to aligning L&D programs with key impact metrics, ensuring your efforts contribute directly to organizational success.
  • How to proactively integrate data collection into your program design.

This session will empower you to provide concrete data to high-level stakeholders, earning your spot at the decision-making table.

Attendance Options

  • In-person at Bohannan Huston, 7500 Jefferson St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109
  • Online via Zoom (link sent in a separate email after you register)
