Designing content that is accessible is crucial to reaching as many learners as possible. Whether a learner has a visual disability or is in a noisy environment, taking steps to accommodate different learners advances learning capacity for everyone.

In this short lunch session, you'll learn about the medical and social models of disability and gain practical tips for applying accessible practices in the design of graphics, PDFs, videos, and more.  You'll be introduced to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and its recommendations and ramifications for accessibility in digital content.
